What separates GuitarAlliance.com from other guitar websites?
Well, for starters, it's a cohesive site meaning there's an ultimate
purpose for it's design and content. It's not a collection of random guitar
lessons for you to get lost in. It's has a well planned out design. All
pictures and diagrams are legible, and you can hear how things are to
be played with audio examples that play directly from the page (these
are real guitar audio samples-not midi). We take you step by step.
What can GuitarAlliance.com show me that I don't already know?
Probably a lot more than you think--even if you've played for many years.
After you have learned all the material in the site you'll be able to
hang with the best players in the world, because you'll be one of them.
95% of all guitarists in the entire world do not posses all the
knowledge and skills presented in the site.
What is CAGED?
CAGED is the system that is derived from the unique tuning of the guitar.
The primary chord patterns found on the guitar are C, A, G, E, and D.
They are just the beginning of the CAGED system. These 5 basic patterns
open up a door to total fretboard domination. Every other chord, scale,
and arpeggio can be built from these 5 patterns. It has been rumored that
Jimi Hendrix's vast abilities stem from his knowledge of the CAGED system
and look at what it did for him. Understanding and mastering the CAGED
system is the greatest achievement for any guitarist and GuitarAlliance.com
will show you how to do this--and more!
Who built this site?
The site was founded by guitarist Kenny Mann who has been giving private
lessons in the Central Arkansas area for over 10 years. It is maintained
by Kenny and several of his current and past students. The site has taken
nearly 2 years to build and continues to grow every day.
Can I get help if I don't understand something?
Full members get unlimited support. If you don't understand something,
don't hesitate to ask us about it. We'll set you in the right direction
in no time. The more we hear from our members the better the site gets.
This is because the feedback we get from members helps us to "fine-tune"
the material so that the next person can understand it on their own without
asking for help.
Is this just a rehash of stuff that I can find for free all over the
Internet?
No! Every aspect of GuitarAlliance.com was created exclusively for the
site. Much of the material (and especially how it's presented) cannot
be found anywhere else. We had to dig deep to come up with the simple
solutions for total fretboard domination that are presented in the site.
Why do you charge for membership?
There are 2 reasons. The 1st reason is a lot of work goes into the site
by all those involved and to keep it going they've got to be paid for
their time. Nobody works for free (at least nobody we know).
The 2nd reason is that due to the fact that we offer unlimited e-mail,
chat, and forum support and instruction to our members. If we let everyone
on the Internet in for free we would never be able to provide this type
of one-on-one support.
Do you offer a money-back guarantee if I'm not happy with the site?
Yes. We offer a "no questions asked" money-back guarantee if
you decide to cancel within 30 days of your purchase. Since we provide
personal support and instruction there's a limit to the number of members
we can accept. If you're not thrilled with what you're getting, we would
rather refund your money and open your spot up for someone else.
Are there any recurring charges that I should know about?
Absolutely not! Membership to GuitarAlliance.com is a
one time fee. Right now, a lifetime membership is only
$89.95. No other charges will apply ever.
