 Calling All Guitar Instructors!

You can get paid teaching guitar right here at Guitar Alliance.

We pay out some of the highest commissions in the industry for quality guitar lessons.

Here's out payout structure:

  • Video Lessons

$35 per 5 videos (15 total minutes minimum).

Each video lesson should include at bare minimum the backing tracks, written instructions, tab, and anything else that would pertain to the lessons.

  • Extra Credit Items

 +$15

We have an eye out for rich, detailed lessons. We'll play out extra for those of you who are willing to go the extra mile .

You qualify for extra credit if you  submit a 5 video lesson block that includes much of the following:

  • spoken instructions
  • multiple camera angles
  • highly detailed instructions
  • chord diagrams
  • extra pictures
  • scales
  • etc.

"When will I get paid?"

As soon as your video lessons are posted on the site, we'll pay you  with paypal within 48 hours.

You can do as many lessons as you like, whenever you like!

Published instructors will also get access to all of our courses.

What We Expect From You

We're not going to accept low quality lessons! Be sure you understand what we expect from you:

  • Good Video Quality

We don't expect you to win an Oscar, but good lighting and clear audio is a start. We want a clear shot of the fretboard during demonstrations and a clean background. Stay away from distorted audio, noisy audio, dimly lit video, and heavy shadows.

  • Backing Tracks And Audio

You don't need to go to a pro recording studio anymore to get a great recording. A clean basic recording is all we need. Backing tracks should available at original speed and also at slower speeds.  Add as much audio as you can, but be sure it's converted to MP3 format.

  • Text Instructions

A text description of the lesson and easy to follow instructions are a must. Spend some time on the description to lure potential students to your lesson. Instructors with the most popular lessons get bonus commissions!

  • Tablature

Tab is needed for everything you do. We use the free Power Tab Editor (available here: http://power-tab.net).  Actual Power Tab files of all tab are a plus.

  • Diagrams, Charts, Pictures, Etc.

Illustrations really help covey meaning to students, so don't skimp on providing charts, diagrams, pictures, or scale patterns.
